Work Experience: 1999-2009 Biotechnology and Pharmacy Patent Specialist at Estudio Harnecker, 2009-2023 Head of the Biotechnology Patents team at Estudio Carey, in the Intellectual Property Group & Information Technologies and since 2023 part of JarryIp´s Patents team.

Part of the testing teams of different Standards of the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) on issues of e-PCT and st.25–26. Her practice is focused on industrial property matters in relation to local and foreign prosecution of patents of invention in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical area, state of the art searches, patentability opinions, infringement opinions, development of patent protection strategies, conducting searches and opinion for freedom-to-operate (FTO), and drafting patent applications. She also advises patent legal teams for all relevant legal proceedings in the specific area before the IP Court, along with assisting with the legal team in oral hearings of cases before the Industrial Property Court. She has provided advice to important international pharmaceutical and animal health companies in the processing of their industrial property assets and to important international food companies in the processing of their industrial property assets, such as Nestlé, Team Foods, among others.
