Patricio works as a Patent Agent at JarryIP, helping with his experience in the area of Industrial Property management after four years as an analyst engineer at the Technology Transfer and Licensing Office of the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, , whose functions included the management of declarations of invention and intellectual property of the University, and teaching in programs, courses and workshops on innovation, technology transfer and intellectual property.

During his professional career he has taken numerous courses and workshops focused on the field of Intellectual Property, and is currently in the process of obtaining his Master’s degree in Intellectual Property.
