Summarized experience

Former examiner of the Biotechnology area of the Cuban Industrial Property Office. She has more than 35 years of experience working on patent and industrial property matters. She has been patent agent in Cuba, Ecuador, and currently in Chile.

She is an expert of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on patent drafting and actively collaborates with this organization in training courses for Latin America, since 2009 to date, in the area of Biotechnology.

She has co-authored books and manuals relating to Industrial Property and has participated in numerous international events related to patents and training courses for professionals in the area of Industrial Property, both nationally and internationally.
