Magdalena joined  JarryIP in 2015 as head of the legal and litigation department and became a partner in 2018. Previously, she worked at Guerrero Olivos as part of the IP legal area. She began her professional career at Baker & Mckenzie in M&A as well as intellectual property.

Her practice includes the representation of local and foreign companies in trademarks, domain names, copyrights, patents and personal data. She has extensive experience in multiple industries, for example, laboratories, retail and software and has extended her practice to comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs for the protection of their intellectual property rights.
