She has 20 years of professional experience in the public and private area, with specialization in Industrial Property matters and Technology Transfer, within which it highlights her experience in counseling Offices of Transfer and Licensing (OTL), Universities, R+D Centers, Technological Consortia and generators of scientific production or solutions in productive processes. Between the years 2006-2010 was part of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI), in different management positions. She participated in the management team that advises the Head of the Industrial Property Department (DPI) in the develop of the new Institutionalism of Industrial Property of Chile, structure, and functions in the transformation process from DPI to INAPI. In year 2009 corresponded to her the deposit in Geneva and the implementation in Chile of the International Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).

She has participated in publications of industrial property matters for the Foundation for Agricultural Innovation (FIA) in the context of the FIA-PIPRA program.
She also has teaching experience in industrial property and innovation at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and Universidad Finis Terrae.
