Allan Jarry was partner and director of the prestigious firm Estudio Harnecker, and in 2009 was also partner of the firm Harnecker-Carey. In 2003, he founded NEOS, the first consultancy dedicated to the Transfer of Technologies and Patenting in Chile, being a pioneer in the country in facing the challenges of the protection and commercialization of the intangible assets generated in the different domestic institutions and companies.
During 2013, it was decided to separate the Intellectual Property area of NEOS and JARRY IP was founded together with Mrs. Olga Moreno, current Director of the Patent Division of JARRY IP, former head of the Patent Department of Lex S.A. in Cuba, former partner and head of the patent department of Abreu & Asociados in Ecuador, who is also an expert of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) concerning patent drafting. The company was born with the patent portfolio of NEOS, which has processed the patents of more than 50 technological innovations of Chilean universities and companies, in more than 15 countries around the world.
Up to date, JARRY IP has been able to get a foothold and position in Chile and Latin America as a firm recognized for its high level of technical expertise and excellence in customer service and advice.
